Our consultations include a detailed walk-through of your property. We'll rid your home of equity eaters, and replace them with equity builders!

Sometimes professional stagers charge for the evaluation, and then charge again for a written report, and then charge again to come back and stage your home. Here at Houston Home Staging and Katy Home Staging we choose to streamline the process. With our Let's-Stage-While-We're-Consulting-Program we jump start your staging!

We'll not only tell you what needs to be done, we'll bring along the proper equipment to help get your staging in motion. Once we've professionally staged some of your more problematic areas, you'll quickly see how staging can benefit your listing.

We suggest that you take notes during our consultation/staging process. There will be a lot of information that you'll want to refer to as you prepare your home for sale. Studies have shown that you're more likely to retain information, if you write it in your own hand. At the end of the consultation/staging we'll review our to-do lists, and prioritize the chores. If needed, we'll be happy to provide you with a brief, easy-to-read report.
